WoOts~~~This is the best new year i've ever gone through and i'm feeling very very very high and happy right now!!! Let's reflect on my past year, what have i learnt:
From SBMY, I have learnt:
-i learnt more dharma, and more importantly, HOW to apply the Dharma into my daily life
-Leadership qualities, especially via camp, and to be more patient, be more mindful of my emotions so as not to lose my cool easily
-To look at matters with different perspective, and not just with the perspective by my emotions
-To socialise more
From Drama, i have learnt
-leadership qualities
-acting skills
-i have also realised how much effort is put in to organise just a drama camp, the very first one, but it was a fruitful experience
-I have learnt to be much much much more optimistic, no more angsty mabel, here comes the smiling marble!!!

Thank you to my friends, i really wish to thank Jinkee, Dawn, Lyn, Ting, Bryan, Jinhong and Leon for always listening to my complains and allowing me to blow my top on, thank you for always standing by me when i'm upset, especially Jinkee, always always there for me when i break down, thank you yongting, coli, fiona, bertina and shihui for giving me such a memorable time in sbmy, thank you my mentors, Anghwee, Wencai, Liangjian and Lawrence, the seniors, Shixiong, Zeming, and my Captain, Alvin for guiding me spiritually with the Dharma, thank you all SBMYians for making SBMY such a warm place for me to be in, thank you leungyan for guiding me in drama club, and thank you, really thank you for making up my life.
My aspirations for 2006
-I hope for all around me to be well and happy
-I hope that i can control my emotions instead of letting them control me that much
-i hope that i will do well in the O level chinese examination
-I hope to excel in my studies
-I hope to be able to interact more with people around me
-I hope to excel as a SBMY member as well as a Drama member
-I hope to improve my relationship with my family
Upon these reflections, i can't hold back my tears, tears of joy, and tears of sadness. Nevertheless, this year has been really really fruitful and i really wish to thank all of you around me.
One of my aspirations made, was to do better and excel in Drama club, although when leungyan called me just after our countdown that i had to help with the preperation of the CCA Extravaganza, and i only had less than one week to do so, therefore angering me, but after cooling down, i thought and realised: hey, this is gonna be a new and good opportunity to take a step towards my aspiration! therefore, i thank Leungyan for having the trust and assigning me this task.
Many things happened today, i totally lost control when i saw victor teo when he happily came along to ask me about the attendance and burst out into a hopeless laughing fit which took me a long long time to cool down, him
